FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We clean every item using a kid‑safe, eco‑friendly, multi‑step process. All products are washed with warm, soapy water, steam‑sanitized when applicable, and disinfected with gentle, environmentally friendly cleaners before being fully dried and inspected. Everything arrives fresh, clean, and ready for play.

  • Our bundles are thoughtfully designed for children ages 1-5. Each setup supports early movement, imagination, and open‑ended play

  • Yes! We deliver, set up your bundle, and return for takedown at the end of your rental. All you have to do is choose your bundle and enjoy the day - we handle the rest.

    Delivery in the Nanaimo - Ladysmith region is included in the rental cost. Delivery to Parksville and Duncan is subject to an additional $15 fee.

  • Our cost includes: delivery, setup & takedown, and taxes.

  • Yes! Zumi Play Company carries liability insurance. Parents/guardians are still responsible for active supervision and safe use of the equipment at all times.

  • In most cases, yes! We do our best to match the colours shown in each bundle. However, depending on availability, we may need to swap colours or substitute a different farm hopper style. Any substitutions will always be equal in quality and aesthetic.

  • We expect normal wear and tear, that’s a part of play! Damage from misuse, staining, or neglect may result in a replacement fee of 50% of the item’s retail value. Excessive messes (food, paint, markers, bodily fluids, etc.) may incur a $20 cleaning fee per item. We’ll always communicate clearly and fairly.
